Antoinette “Toni” Hawkins has served the residents of Florida since the mid 1970’s working in the accounting field in the Jacksonville area and ultimately landing in Tampa Bay and a career in real estate.  Tony obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at the University of North Florida, Jacksonville and along with her real estate license, holds a Certified Public Accountant, (CPA) license in the State of Florida.

Toni not only has Real Estate expertise, but knowledge of the financing and tax issues of buying a home. Because she has worked with a variety of customers, each with diverse needs and varied situational stresses, Toni has developed the superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills required to work in today’s real estate market.

Toni knows that it is imperative to posses a complete understanding of a customers needs, to deliver the highest quality information and clear and honest counsel to make any real estate transaction not only a financial success, but a comfortable experience. It is her mission to make sure she gives you the time and information you need to make an educated real estate decision.

Toni and her husband, Jack have two grown children.  Toni likes to keep busy and is active in her neighborhood association and church community and is a member of the Treasure Island Islettes.  Toni has also served in an ambassador capacity with the local Board of Realtors.  She doesn’t just participate, Toni gets involved!  She is often found serving as an officer in the organizations in which she is a member.
