When you need someone to help you buy or sell real estate you obviously want someone who is well qualified. However, the process is not completed overnight so you also need someone with whom you can comfortably work in a team effort. Sheppard "Shep" Massar has learned in his professional career that he must listen and explain, and is very serious about both. Shep listens so that he can fully understand what you want and need, be it the details of the property you are looking to buy, or the details or circumstances surrounding your sale. Shep also listens so that he can answer your questions. He explains not only the answers to your specific questions, but also the procedures and events you are about to face. Shep's experience clearly shows that if you, the customer, are prepared you are far less likely to have to deal with surprises along the way.
Shep Massar was raised in a real estate family in the Shore Area of New Jersey. His father was a real estate broker, and shortly after graduation from high school Shep sold his first house at age 18. Shep obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and went on to obtain his J.D. from Rutgers University (School of Law). In his many years practicing law, real estate remained his "first love" and the majority of Shep's time was devoted to that interest. After more than thirty-five years Shep decided to retire from the law practice and move to Florida to pursue that first love of real estate.
If real estate is Shep's first love, then boating would be his second. His family started boating when Shep was 9 years old, and Shep has been boating (both power and sail) ever since. "If I am not hard at work helping my customers you will probably find that I have gone sailing."
Whatever your real estate needs, Shep Massar is confident that his past experiences, both professional and "on the water," will help him give you the individual special assistance you deserve. Contact Shep Massar today for a personal consultation regarding your real estate needs.
