Wendy Voll grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and enjoyed family vacations to St. Pete Beach each year since she was 12 years old. In 1985, Wendy made the permanent move to Florida and its fabulous beaches, sunsets and friendly people.

Wendy’s work experience includes various sales positions. At one point, she was searching for a life long career when a friend suggested a career in real estate. Wendy agreed!

Wendy enjoys helping people through the entire real estate process. From locating the right property to purchase or marketing a property for sale, to negotiations, inspections and through to the closing, she’ll be there for you. Always with a bubbly attitude and friendly smile, Wendy says, "My goal is to make buying or selling a home a pleasurable and hassle free experience."
