Sue Sebeniecher grew up in Annapolis, MD which is often called “the land of pleasant living”.  Sue would have to agree with that for eight months out of the year but the other four months can be very dismal.  If you are a sun worshiper as Sue is those four months can change your attitude.  Sue finally moved to what she calls “Paradise on Earth”.   She still visits Annapolis in the Spring, Summer and Early Fall but now calls St. Petersburg her home. 

Sue Sebeniecher became a realtor in 2000 after owning a Travel Agency for 7 years.
