Kathy Schulz was born in Long Island, NY and moved with her family to St Petersburg in 1977. She graduated locally from Boca Ciega High School and went on to Court Reporting School. Kathy lives in South Pasadena with her husband, Bill and son, Trey. She enjoys boating, skiing and traveling with her family.
1994 Kathy became a licensed REALTOR®. She realized she wanted to get into the real estate business after buying her first home. Kathy enjoyed searching for the right property and was intrigued by the process. She knew then that she wanted to help others find a place to call Home.
