Born in Chicago, Jody has also lived in Michigan, New York, Ohio, Indiana, and in 1988 moved to Jacksonville Florida. After 30 years of boating in many of the Great Lakes and the Northeast Florida Atlantic Ocean area, Jody and her husband discovered they prefer the St Pete Beach area. In 1998 they settled in St. Pete Beach where they enjoy boating and the more relaxed beach style of living. They love the area’s beaches and easy access to boating destinations such as the Keys, Dry Tortugas and the Bahamas. Jody and her husband are known to disappear from time to time to those islands on their Tiara 3900 Convertible pleasure/fishing boat named, “Mojito”. In their opinion they have discovered the best spot in Florida and its right here in St Pete Beach!
Jody finds much satisfaction in learning about and staying attuned to the latest in home designs, home fashions and property offerings. Her ultimate reward is working with people and helping them to find their perfect Florida home. Jody would love for everyone to be as happy as her!
