Bill Coughlin came to Florida via Snow Shoe West Virginia. He attended college in New York and studied Civil Engineering Technology. Bill moved to Florida for his family and the great Florida Sunshine! Along with his wife and three children, he currently resides in St. Pete Beach and enjoys fishing and golf.
