Nancy Baird joined her family in the real estate profession in 1990 specializing in resort condominiums, waterfront and golf course properties and working with both Buyers and Sellers. Prior to her career in real estate, Nancy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and worked in retail sales and management. Nancy also and owned and operated a restaurant in Costa Rica and is fluent in Spanish.
Traditionally, clients who have worked with Nancy have been most pleased by how easy she makes the process of buying or selling property. Nancy works hard to provide a hassle free transaction. Nancy grew up in the Pasadena area of St. Petersburg. She currently lives in the town of St. Pete Beach and is excited to be a part of this vibrant community.
