With his many years of sales experience which included extensive travel throughout the US and Canada as a National Sales Trainer for an environmental company and his subsequent years of real estate sales experience, Eric Baird co-founded Baird Realty Group.   Eric has spent many years managing and building the company yet continues to enjoy handling the sales of beach area properties and participating in construction and renovation of properties. Eric Baird earned his GRI and E-Pro designations and has won numerous production awards throughout his career.

Eric is a long time resident of the area having moved to St. Petersburg in 1969.  He is married and partnered in real estate to Kelly Baird and together they have three children, Jesse, Margaret and Lucy.  Eric and his family currently live in St. Pete Beach and are active in the beach and real estate community.  Eric is President of the Gulf Beaches Elementary School SAC Committee and Eric and his wife coordinate a weekly real estate professionals networking group. In his off time, Eric enjoys spending time boating and fishing with his family.
